Jwaye Nwel — a simple gift from Haiti for those you love

Christmas hasn’t become commercialized in Haiti, at least not yet. What Haitians most frequently give one another is a simple wish – Jwaye Nwèl or Joyful Christmas.

A growing grassroots movement of Haitian leaders is working to make Christmas truly joyful for some of Haiti’s most vulnerable and neglected children – children who are denied an education and end up becoming enslaved.

This Christmas, honor those you love by giving them a gift that helps free children from slavery, reunited them with family and gets them started in school.

When you make a gift to Schools Not Slavery, we’ll send your loved ones a Christmas e-card telling them about the life-changing gift you’ve made on their behalf.

Christmas e-cards

They’ll be honored by your gift and you’ll help free and educate a child in Haiti.

Plus, a group of generous donors will match your gift, dollar-for-dollar, doubling your impact – but only until Dec. 31st.

Please click here to give now and we’ll send your e-cards today or any day you choose.

Thank you so much! And Jwaye Nwèl to you and your family!

P.S. – 100% of your gift goes directly to our work to free and educate children in Haiti thanks to private donors who are funding our operating costs.
