Our colleague Freda Catheus, also a native of Lagonav, reports flooding in the community of Pwentaraket and the collapse of a tin and tarp structure used for classrooms at St. Lucy Catholic School in the village of Tipalmis. Mackanaky shot this video in Matènwa at about 9:30 a.m. EDT.
